🦷 The OSAWELL team was honored to be invited to participate in the “TDSMA (Taiwan Dental Sleep Medicine Association) Full-Day Course on 5/25.” Dental professionals from across Taiwan gathered at the Xuda Training Center, with the event also streamed online, to explore the role and practical applications of dentistry in the integrated care of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA).

The course began with "An Introduction to Dental Treatment for OSA," guiding participants through diagnostic logic and treatment positioning to help them build a solid professional foundation. It emphasized the connection between oral structures, the airway, cardiovascular, and nervous systems, deepening understanding of the systemic impact of OSA.

The hands-on session by OSAWELL featured Dr. Chien-Pu Ko and the clinical advisory team leading participants in the use of the Shining intraoral scanner. They demonstrated how to quickly and accurately capture digital data for modeling and customizing OSAWELL oral sleep appliances. Through the use of digital tools, the course successfully streamlined the case collection and fabrication processes, while enhancing precision and efficiency.

This course not only provided a clear pathway for dental professionals in sleep medicine but also highlighted OSAWELL’s key role in clinical practice and digital transformation. Participants responded enthusiastically, calling it “rich in knowledge” and expressing great anticipation for future sessions—reflecting the growing market demand and interest in dental sleep medicine.
